What services does APVisuals provide their attorney clients in South Florida? APVisuals offers its clients a variety of artistic, technological and litigation support services. Our services include but are not limited to large format printing, medical illustrations, multimedia presentations, drone footage, video services, video deposition services, day-in-the-life video, video deposition synchronization, trial AV equipment set up and take down, hot seat operators, graphic design, mock trials, 3D animation. Can an APVisuals professional come to my office? Absolutely, our clients are more than welcome to meet us at our office or we can come to your office. Most clients request that we meet with them at their office in order to allow them to work the maximum amount of time preparing to bring their case.
You are based out of South Florida. Do you only work on cases in South Florida? No. Our office are conveniently located in Pembroke Pines, Florida in order to be readily available to attorneys in Miami-Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach. However, we have provided litigation support to cases in Georgia, Arkansas, Texas, and over seas.
How do you bill? For design work, we bill by the hour. We can also provide flat fee options for items such as medical illustrations - however this can be determined after consulting with the attorney. We can provide a proposal/estimate upon your request. Our invoices are very detailed noting the date, time and items.

Do you do small projects? Just a few Exhibits? Just a Few Boards? Of course. We treat each client and each case just as we would a multi-million dollar matter. We are able to provide services according to what a client os requesting. We do not push services that you the client are not in need of. If you are looking to print a board, we will be more than happy to do the same.
Does APVisuals understand actual legal issues and law? Yes. We have on staff attorney consultants who readily grasp legal issues and can offer insight into developing compelling and captivating exhibits.
